I had another flashback this time it was about my affair with this women at a business trip. The worst part was that I had this flashback when I was talking to Linda. As I was talking to my wife I kept hearing a women laughing and it got louder and louder. "the laughter is loud now"

But the only reason why i did it was because " I get so lonely- especially when business is bad and there's nobody to talk to" (pg 25). Once the flashback past i felt so guilty about that affair, and i will never tell anyone one about it. Its my own little secret.!
